The MedVantx InSequenceRx™ program is a single integrated program designed to save you time and money and meet the needs of consumers as health plan designs increasingly become consumer driven (i.e. HSAs, high deductible plans). It starts when your physician gives you a free, initial full course of therapy from the MedStart™ system. (This free medication is the equivalent of a zero co-pay on your prescription.)
With this medication, you are enrolled in the program. Your physician will also give you information about your medication, the program and how to access our free Care Management Help Line.
When you call us, our pharmacists and reimbursement specialists will answer all your medication related questions and help you determine the best way to purchase your prescriptions.
When you purchase through us, we’ll conveniently mail your medications to your home.
You get access to more than 3,600 FDA-approved medications including over 1,300 generic medications, to treat a variety of ongoing health conditions, including diabetes, mental health, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and asthma.
 Our prices on generic medications are very competitive – many times they are lower than your co-pay if you have insurance. If you are a cash-paying consumer with either no insurance or have a high-deductible HSA account, you’ll see significant savings.

1. Initial Therapy
MedVantx is working with payors, manufacturers and your physician to create the first ever access to generic medications at the physicians’ office. Additionally, MedVantx provides therapeutically relevant OTC and brand medications. Traditionally, physicians give you a handful of samples. Through MedStart, your physician provides you with a single package of therapy, usually a 30-day supply. While our program is focused on chronic conditions, we also provide access to certain acute medications.
2. Care Management
Managing medications can be complex. Consumers often have questions about their new medications. MedStart provides comprehensive educational materials with your medications that help you better understand your care. If you have questions after you leave your physician's office, you can contact our Care Management Help Line to get answers to any additional questions you may have. Our team of pharmacists and reimbursement specialists can help you better understand your medications and determine the most cost effective and convenient option for you.
3. Home Delivery
Only MedVantx offers access to a free, initial full course of therapy at your doctor’s office and then home delivery of a 90-day supply for the price of a traditional 30-day co-payment. If you have pharmacy insurance through a health plan participating in the MedVantx program, we can help you become aware of special programs available to you from your health plan. As consumers, you are being asked to take more responsibility for your healthcare. We have a cost-effective solution for everyone – insured, uninsured, Medicare Part D participants or HSA account holders.
